Dad and Greg watching the tide go out at Schoodic Point. Schoodic Point, Acadia National Park, Maine. Looking out to the sea from the loft through the glass array Church doors. Salamanca, Spain. The Cathedral at Salamanca. The whole building is actually built off-center, with adornments to the structure being a full foot or so off at the top left. This is about as symetrical as I could get this shot. Plain and Simple, pt. 5 Empty, in broad daylight. Every bar is tiled, it would seem. Every time I goto Sol with a camera in hand, I take a picture of this sign. Why do I do it? Because it would be a really good picture if I did it right. Still didn't get it though. Since the 60's Philadelphia artist and '95 Pew Fellow Isaiah Zagar has been covering the buildings and sidestreets of South Street, Philadelphia, with tiles, bottles, bike tire rims, anything really. More on Zagar and his work, his personal site and his Pew Fellow page. This horse was named Commanche. It was the last surviving thing left at Custards Last Stand when backup arrived, after any surviving Indians escaped. So it lived for a while and when it passed the stuffed it.
